Availability

• Pinterest: In Stock, Out of Stock, Preorder.
• Facebook: In Stock, Out of Stock.
• Google: In Stock, Out of Stock, Preorder, Backorder.
• Bing Enhanced: In Stock, Out of Stock, Preorder (optional; In Stock if left blank).

On the Pinterest + Facebook plan, choosing Preorder adds the product to your Pinterest catalog only, because Facebook doesn't support it.

In an imported file, use the lowercase values: in stock, out of stock, preorder, backorder.

Out of stock: mark it or delete it?

If the product is coming back, mark it Out of Stock rather than deleting it. It keeps its ID and history, and switching back to In Stock is quick. Delete it only if you'll never sell it again. To change many at once, use Bulk Edit.

Condition

Every platform accepts New, Used, and Refurbished (new, used, refurbished in a file). Handmade and print-on-demand products are New.
