- In Microsoft Advertising, go to Tools > Merchant Center, select your store, and add the feed. Refresh it at least every 30 days, or items expire.

What columns does a Bing catalog need?
Microsoft Merchant Center requires id, title, description, link, image_link, price, and shipping - with shipping needed only for Germany and Austria. Brand, gtin, and product_category are recommended.
Can I upload a CSV to Microsoft Merchant Center?
Microsoft's feed files are tab-delimited text (.txt), or Google-formatted XML. Fill the template in as a CSV if that is easier, then save it as tab-delimited text before uploading - or use the tab-delimited download.
Does Bing use Google product categories?
Yes. Microsoft's product_category column uses the same taxonomy as google_product_category, as an ID or full path.
Why do my Bing products disappear?
Items in Microsoft Merchant Center expire after 30 days unless they are refreshed, so re-upload the file or use a scheduled feed.
