Pixels Pro & Fine Art America
Keep Pixels prices and artworks up to date
Prices and products are read from your artwork pages when you import them. They don't change on their own afterward, so here's how to keep your catalog current.
You changed your prices
Import the artwork again, with the PDC Import bookmark (Import Only The Artwork You Have Open) or the Chrome extension. Re-importing refreshes the prices and products of the product types it reads, and never counts toward your plan's artwork limit again.
Pinterest compares catalog prices with your site, so refresh promptly after a price change. See Pinterest catalog problems.
You published new artworks
- On Manage Artworks, click Find Artworks again. New artworks appear under Not processed.
- Open one of your artworks and click the PDC Import bookmark, then Import All … Not-Yet-Processed Artworks. Only the new ones are imported.
You removed an artwork from your site
Delete its products in Manage Product Catalog: search for the artwork's name, tick its products, and click Delete Selected. Pinterest removes them on its next read.
When Pinterest sees the changes
Pinterest reads your catalog about once a day. To send changes sooner, click Sync Now on the Pinterest card in Connections. See Sync Now.
