Pixels plans, artwork limits, and changing plan

The plans

Pixels plans are priced by how many artworks you import:

• Basic (Starter, Artist, Studio, Gallery: up to 100, 500, 2,500, or 5,000 artworks) adds one product for every product type an artwork offers.
• Enhanced (Starter, Artist, Studio, Gallery Enhanced: up to 10, 100, 500, or 2,500 artworks) also adds every size, frame, and mat option as its own product.

What counts toward your limit

• An artwork counts once, the first time you import it with the PDC Import bookmark or the Chrome extension.
• Re-importing an artwork to refresh its prices never counts again.
• Finding artworks, and marking them processed by hand, don't count.

When you reach your limit, imports stop with a message such as "Your … plan includes 100 artworks, and you've already added 100." You can still re-import artworks you've already added.

Change your plan

1. On Manage Artworks, find Your Plan and open Change plan.
2. Click Upgrade or Switch next to the plan you want.

The change is billed or credited right away. You can't switch to a plan whose limit is lower than the artworks you've already added: it shows as Too small.
