Redeem a free trial code

Redeem your code

1. Log in, or create an account if you're new.
2. Go to Redeem a Free Trial Code. If you followed a link with the code in it, it's filled in for you.
3. Enter the Trial Code and click Redeem Code. No payment details are needed.

Your trial plan appears in the sidebar's Subscriptions section with Free trial - ends … and its end date.

When the trial ends

A code trial doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself, because no card was taken. Before the end date, click Subscribe Now next to the trial in the Subscriptions section to keep your catalog connected. If you don't, access ends on that date, and your Data Source URL stops serving your catalog.

Good to know

• Each account can redeem one free trial code, ever, even with a different code.
• If a code doesn't work, check for typos. It may have expired or reached its limit. Contact us if you think it should work.
