Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pin Data Connect, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Pin Data Connect," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of pindataconnect.com and our related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pin Data Connect lets you enter product information one at a time and generates a platform-ready product catalog from the data you provide - a Pinterest product catalog, a Facebook product catalog, a combined product catalog covering both, a Pixels Pro/Fine Art America to Pinterest Product Catalog, a Dashery to Pinterest Product Catalog, a Pinterest Enhanced Product Catalog, a Facebook Enhanced Product Catalog, a Google Product Catalog, a Google Enhanced Product Catalog, a Bing Product Catalog, a Bing Enhanced Product Catalog, a combined Google + Bing product catalog covering both, or a combined product catalog covering all four of Pinterest, Facebook, Google, and Bing - depending on which you subscribe to. For the Dashery product catalog, you enter a base title, description, and product URL once, and we build the Pinterest product catalog rows for each product type you select from that same design. For the Pixels Pro/Fine Art America product catalog, you enter your Pixels Pro/Fine Art America site's address on the Manage Artworks page and we list the artworks published there by reading your site's publicly available pages (following your site's robots.txt); you then add the artworks' products with our optional "PDC Import" bookmark (every not-yet-processed artwork in one go, or just the one you have open) or with our browser extension (one artwork at a time), either of which creates one product for each product type an artwork offers, with its current price - individual sizes, frames, and mats are only included if your plan includes them. You may only enter a Pixels Pro/Fine Art America site whose artworks you own or are authorized to sell. The Pinterest Enhanced Product Catalog builds on the standard Pinterest product catalog with optional additional fields - variants, extra media, reviews, product identifiers, tax and shipping data, and shopping ad fields. The Facebook Enhanced Product Catalog builds on the standard Facebook product catalog with optional additional fields - variants, product identifiers, shipping details, channel visibility controls, and fields specific to your product's category (such as clothing, electronics, or jewelry). The Google Enhanced Product Catalog builds on the standard Google Product Catalog with optional additional fields - variants, product identifiers, apparel attributes, and shipping data. The Bing Enhanced Product Catalog builds on the standard Bing Product Catalog with optional additional fields - variants, product identifiers, apparel attributes, destinations, installments, Bing ad fields, sales/promotions, and UCP-readiness fields. For each product catalog, you can manage it entirely from our site: generate a private URL that acts as the data source for that product catalog, with its own username and password (see Section 6), which Pinterest, Facebook, Google Merchant Center, or Bing/Microsoft Merchant Center can read directly on a schedule you set up on their end, or Import From File (CSV, XML, TXT, TSV, JSON, or Google Sheets) yourself (not available for the Pixels Pro/Fine Art America product catalog, whose products only come from Manage Artworks with the PDC Import bookmark or the browser extension). For Pinterest, Facebook, and Google, you may instead connect your account directly from the Connections page as an alternative to the manual data source URL (see Section 6); Bing/Microsoft Merchant Center supports the manual data source URL only, with no account connection option. Separately, the Store Product Catalog Connector - sold in three tiers (feature keys "source_sync", $29/month for up to 1,000 synced products; "source_sync_plus", $39/month for up to 5,000; and "source_sync_pro", $49/month for up to 25,000) - lets you connect your own WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Square, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or Webflow store, or a product feed from any store, from the Source Connections page (see Section 6), so product data flows automatically from that store into your Pinterest, Facebook, Google, and Bing Enhanced product catalogs, instead of you entering it manually - this plan does not include manually adding or managing products on our site for the platforms it manages, may require you to map your store's product types to the correct Google product category, and enforces the product limit for whichever tier you're subscribed to, meaning new products stop syncing once your store's synced product count reaches that limit (products already synced continue to update normally). You may also add products using our optional browser extension, which reads the product page you're viewing to help fill in a submission to whichever of your active product catalogs you choose - using the extension, or the PDC Import bookmark available to Pixels Pro/Fine Art America subscribers, is part of the Service and subject to these Terms the same as using the website (see our Privacy Policy for what each one reads and sends). The PDC Import bookmark runs in your own browser, only while both your artwork page and the Pin Data Connect window it opens stay open, so leaving those open until an import finishes is up to you. Your data, your way. Pin Data Connect is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Pinterest, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation (Bing), Pixels.com, Fine Art America, Dashery, Automattic Inc. (WooCommerce), PrestaShop, Wix.com Ltd., Block, Inc. (Square), Commerce.com, Inc. (BigCommerce), Squarespace, Inc., Webflow, Inc., Etsy, Inc., or their affiliates. Your use of Pinterest's, Facebook's, Google's, Bing's, Pixels Pro/Fine Art America's, Dashery's, WooCommerce's, PrestaShop's, Wix's, Square's, BigCommerce's, Squarespace's, Webflow's, or Etsy's platforms through any product catalog you upload, connect, or any product link you enter remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, and merchant/commerce guidelines, and you are responsible for complying with them. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Email Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive email communications from Pin Data Connect, including transactional emails necessary to operate the Service - such as a welcome email when you register, subscription confirmation emails when you purchase or renew a plan, and password reset emails - and marketing emails about new features, promotions, and product updates. Receiving marketing emails is a condition of using the Service.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in those emails. Transactional emails related to your account and subscriptions will continue as long as you maintain an account, regardless of your marketing email preference, since they're necessary to operate the Service rather than promotional.
5. Your Product Catalog Data
The Add Product pages build platform-ready product catalogs from the product data you submit - a Pinterest product catalog, a Facebook product catalog, a combined product catalog covering both, a Dashery to Pinterest Product Catalog, a Pinterest Enhanced Product Catalog, a Facebook Enhanced Product Catalog, a Google Product Catalog, a Google Enhanced Product Catalog, a Bing Product Catalog, or a Bing Enhanced Product Catalog, depending on your subscription. A Pixels Pro/Fine Art America to Pinterest Product Catalog is built instead from the Manage Artworks page with our PDC Import bookmark or browser extension. You may Import From File (CSV, XML, TXT, TSV, JSON, or Google Sheets) to continue adding to a product catalog (except a Pixels Pro/Fine Art America one), or start a new one at any time, independently for each product catalog. Full detail on how this data is stored is in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the product data and product catalogs you create through the Service - including product data synced automatically from a WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Square, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or Webflow store you connect (Section 6) - and for how you use your product catalog's data source URL or account connection, including connecting it with Pinterest's Catalogs, Facebook's Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Center, Bing/Microsoft Merchant Center, or any other platform.
6. Your Product Catalog Data Source URL, Account Connections, Source Connections & Credentials
For each product catalog you subscribe to, you can generate a private URL and a unique username and password from the Connections page. This URL functions as the data source for your product catalog on that platform - Pinterest Catalogs, Facebook Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Center, Bing/Microsoft Merchant Center, or another platform reads your current product data directly from this URL on a schedule you set up on their end, instead of you assembling and uploading a file yourself. This is entirely optional - the Import From File path described in Section 5 always remains available, whether or not you also use a product catalog data source URL.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding a product catalog's data source URL and credentials, for entering them correctly into the platform you connect them to, and for anything that occurs if you share them with anyone else - whoever holds a product catalog's data source URL and password can read that product catalog's current product data. You can regenerate a product catalog's password at any time from the Connections page; doing so immediately invalidates the previous password, and you'll need to update it on the receiving platform before it can read your product catalog again. If your subscription for a product catalog lapses, its data source URL stops returning data until you resubscribe, even if it's still configured on the receiving platform.
Account connections. For Pinterest, Facebook, and Google, the Connections page also lets you authorize Pin Data Connect directly through that platform's own login/consent screen, as an alternative to the manual data source URL above. Doing so registers a single scheduled product data source on that platform on your behalf, pointed at the same data source URL - it does not give Pin Data Connect any broader access to your account. We also use it to read the approval status and any errors the platform reports for the products in that data source, for Catalog Health (below); we do not use it to create, change, or delete products, or to read or change any other data on that platform. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what account data this involves. You can disconnect a platform at any time from the Connections page. Catalog Health shows, for each platform you've connected this way, which of your products the platform accepted or rejected and the reasons it gave, checked once a day and whenever you click Check again. It reports what the platforms tell us: each platform makes its own approval decisions, may change its rules or reasons at any time, and may share only examples of the affected products, and we don't guarantee that the results are complete, current, or that following a suggested fix will get a product approved. Optional Catalog Health alert emails can be turned off on the Catalog Health page. Your use of an account connection remains subject to that platform's own terms and developer policies, and you are responsible for complying with them, the same as with a manually configured data source URL. Bing/Microsoft Merchant Center supports the manual data source URL only - there is no account connection option for it.
Source Connections (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Square, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Webflow, and product feeds) - Store Product Catalog Connector plan. The Store Product Catalog Connector is a separate paid subscription, sold in three tiers distinguished only by how many products they sync (Store Product Catalog Connector, $29/month, up to 1,000 products; Plus, $39/month, up to 5,000 products; Pro, $49/month, up to 25,000 products), that lets you connect your own WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Square, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or Webflow store, or a product feed from any store, from the Source Connections page, so product data flows automatically from that store into your Pinterest, Facebook, Google, and Bing product catalogs (at the Enhanced tier, included with this subscription rather than purchased separately) as you create, update, delete, or restore products there, instead of you entering data manually. Once your store's synced product count reaches your tier's limit, new products stop syncing until you upgrade to a higher tier or remove products from your store - products already synced continue to update normally. For WooCommerce, connecting your store authorizes us to receive that data and, where possible, to register the webhooks your store uses to send it, using a REST API key either generated automatically through WooCommerce's own authorization screen or entered by you manually. For PrestaShop, you generate and enter a Webservice API key yourself, and trigger each sync manually with the Sync Now button, since PrestaShop has no automatic push equivalent. For Wix, you create an API key in your Wix account with read access to your store's products and categories, enter it with your Site ID, and trigger each sync manually with the Sync Now button. Pinterest and Google generally require product links on a domain you can verify, so a Wix store on a free wixsite.com address may not be accepted by them. For Square, you approve read-only access on Square's own authorization page, and your products sync automatically when Square notifies us of changes; because Square doesn't provide product page addresses, you may need to add a page link for products we can't match to a page on your Square Online site. For BigCommerce, you create a store-level API account in your BigCommerce control panel with read-only access to products and store settings and enter its details here; connecting authorizes us to register webhooks on your store, and to check and re-enable them from time to time, so your products sync automatically when they change. Disconnecting removes those webhooks; the API account itself stays in your BigCommerce control panel until you delete it. For Squarespace, you approve read-only access to your products and inventory on Squarespace's own authorization page; because Squarespace doesn't notify apps when products change, your products sync once a day and whenever you click Sync Now, and each daily sync also renews our access, which Squarespace otherwise lets lapse after seven days - if it lapses or you remove our app in Squarespace, syncing stops until you reconnect. For Webflow, you create a site API token in your Webflow site settings and enter it here; connecting authorizes us to register webhooks on your site, and to check daily that they are still in place and re-create them if needed, so your products sync automatically when they change. Pinterest and Google generally require product links on a domain you can verify, so a Webflow store on a free webflow.io address may not be accepted by them. Disconnecting removes our webhooks; the token itself stays in your Webflow site settings until you delete it. For a product feed, you enter the address of a product feed your store or a plugin already produces (and its login, if it has one); connecting authorizes us to read that feed once a day and whenever you click Sync Now, and your catalogs are only as current as your feed. You must have the right to use the feed you connect, and its products must be your own, with product links on a website you control. If your feed suddenly has fewer than half as many products as are synced, we keep the missing ones until you confirm they should be removed. While a store is connected, adding or editing products manually on Pin Data Connect is turned off for the platforms it manages - you make product changes on your connected store instead, and they sync in as described above. You may also need to map your store's product types to the correct Google product category before a given type syncs correctly. You are responsible for the store you connect and for the accuracy of the product data it sends, the same as data you enter manually (Section 5). We do not use this connection to place orders, process payments, or otherwise modify your store. You can disconnect your store at any time from the Source Connections page. Your use of a Source Connection remains subject to WooCommerce's, PrestaShop's, Wix's, Square's, BigCommerce's, Squarespace's, or Webflow's own terms, the terms of whatever service produces or hosts your product feed, and any policies of your store's hosting provider, and you are responsible for complying with them.
Etsy Pattern to Pinterest plan. Etsy Pattern to Pinterest is a separate product from the Store Product Catalog Connector, sold as three tiers by how many products your catalog holds (Starter, up to 100; Shop, up to 1,000; Studio, up to 5,000 - a listing with variations counts once per variation). You enter the address of your Pattern by Etsy site and approve read-only access to your shop and listings on Etsy's own authorization page. Etsy doesn't notify apps when listings change, so your active listings sync every six hours and whenever you click Sync Now; digital downloads and private listings are not synced. Your listings go into one catalog only - your Etsy Pattern to Pinterest product catalog - which can be connected to Pinterest only, not to Facebook, Google, or Bing, and its products can't be added, edited, or imported by hand; change them in Etsy instead. Product links point to your Pattern site, so it must stay open and published - if your Pattern subscription ends or your Pattern site closes, those links stop working and Pinterest may reject your products. Pinterest generally requires product links on a domain you can claim, so a Pattern site on a free patternbyetsy.com address may not be accepted. If our access lapses or you remove our app from your Etsy account, syncing stops until you reconnect. New listings beyond your plan's limit are skipped until you switch to a larger plan. Disconnecting deletes our stored access and removes your Etsy listings from your Etsy Pattern to Pinterest catalog; to fully remove our access, also remove Pin Data Connect from the apps connected to your Etsy account. Your use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy's own Terms of Use and seller policies, and to the terms of your Pattern subscription. Etsy Pattern to Pinterest may be offered to a limited set of accounts before it's available to everyone.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Paddle as Merchant of Record
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. This means your purchase is made from and billed by Paddle, and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Paddle handles sales tax/VAT collection, invoicing, and payment card processing on our behalf.
Free trial. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial, but you will not be charged during the trial itself. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel, your payment method is automatically charged at the end of the trial and your subscription begins.
Once billing begins, subscriptions automatically renew each billing period at the then-current price until canceled.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time - including during your free trial - using the "Cancel Subscription" button shown next to your subscription in the Subscriptions section of the sidebar, or the "Manage Subscription" button beside it, which opens Paddle's secure customer portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices yourself. The subscription management link in your Paddle receipt/confirmation email opens that same portal. If you run into trouble canceling through the portal, email [email protected] from your account email address and we'll help. Canceling during the trial stops the upcoming charge entirely. Canceling after you've been charged stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Free Trial Redemption Codes
From time to time we distribute free trial redemption codes off-site - through marketplace listings, giveaways, or partner promotions - as an alternative way to start a trial without entering a payment method. A redemption code is redeemed on the Redeem page while logged into your account and, if valid, activates a trial of the plan tied to that code for the number of days specified by the code.
One redemption per account, ever. Each account may redeem a free trial redemption code only once, regardless of how many different codes exist or how many you attempt to enter, and regardless of whether a previous redemption code trial or a Paddle free trial under Section 7 has already been used. Creating multiple accounts to redeem more than one free trial redemption code, or otherwise attempting to circumvent this limit, is a violation of these Terms (see Section 10).
Redemption code trials do not require a payment method and, unlike the Paddle free trial described in Section 7, do not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When a redemption code trial ends, access to the associated plan ends automatically; to continue using the Service, you must subscribe through the Pricing page, which is billed by Paddle as described in Section 7. We normally email you about a week before a redemption code trial ends (for trials long enough to allow it), again shortly before it ends, and once more after it has ended, unless you have already subscribed to a plan that covers it.
Redemption codes are made available at our discretion, may have a limited number of uses, and may be deactivated or expire at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or invalidate a redemption or a code, including a trial already granted, if we determine it was obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to violate Pinterest's Merchant Guidelines, Facebook's Commerce Policies, Pixels Pro/Fine Art America's terms of service, Dashery's terms of service, developer policies, or any applicable law; (c) share your account credentials with third parties or resell access to the Service without our written consent; (d) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure, including by guessing, brute-forcing, or probing another user's product catalog data source URL or credentials; (e) share a product catalog's data source URL or credentials with anyone you don't want reading that product catalog's current product data; (f) use the Service to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent product data; or (g) create multiple accounts to redeem more than one free trial redemption code, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the one-redemption-per-account limit described in Section 9.
11. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your account, product catalog data, and product catalog data source URL credentials, including salted password hashing, signed and replay-protected payment webhooks, signature-checked store update notifications, encrypted storage of connected-account and store credentials, and encrypted (HTTPS) data transmission. Full detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Availability & Third-Party Dependencies
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by Pinterest, Facebook, Google, Bing/Microsoft, Pixels Pro/Fine Art America, Dashery, Paddle, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Square, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Webflow, Etsy, or any other third-party platform you use in connection with a product catalog, product catalog data source URL, or account connection generated by the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that product catalogs generated through the Service will be accepted, approved, or maintained by Pinterest or Facebook.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin Data Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
