Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made through Pin Data Connect (pindataconnect.com). All purchases are billed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record, and are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. This policy describes the refund terms we, as the seller, authorize Paddle to apply to purchases of the Service.

2. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial, but it is not charged during the trial itself. If you cancel before the trial ends (see Section 6, "Cancellations"), you will not be charged anything. If you do not cancel, your payment method is automatically charged at the end of the trial and your subscription begins - that charge, and every renewal charge after it, is separately covered by the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Pin Data Connect, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date you were charged, no questions asked. This applies to your first charge after the free trial ends, as well as to each subsequent renewal charge, provided the request is made within 7 days of that specific charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including the email used at checkout and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to approve eligible requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. After the 7-Day Window

Charges older than 7 days are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals - see Section 6. If you cancel after the 7-day window, you keep access to the Service through the end of the billing period you already paid for; we do not provide prorated refunds for unused partial periods.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time - including during your free trial - using any of these methods:

• In your account, click Cancel Subscription next to the plan in the Subscriptions section of the sidebar, or click Manage Subscription there to cancel in Paddle's secure customer portal;
• Use the subscription management link included in your Paddle receipt/confirmation email; or
• Email [email protected] from your account email address and ask us to cancel it for you.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period or free trial. A canceled subscription cannot be reinstated, but you can start a new subscription at any time.

Canceling during the free trial stops the upcoming charge entirely, and you will not be billed. Canceling after you've been charged stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of prior charges outside the 7-day window described above.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly - most issues can be fixed faster this way than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
